Founded this organization to build mental health awareness as well as create mental health support remotely and offline to promote mental health and wellbeingI have conducted mental health and wellness workshops and webinars remotely for people struggling with mental health during the pandemic, as not many people had access to mental health support.I was involved in supporting people with counselling sessions remotely and onsite and was involved in preparing individualised action plans that helped clients to manage, cope, and deal in healthy way.I have also led mental health awareness sessions for organizational leaders to emphasize the importance of supporting employees with mental health in the workplace. Facilitated monthly support group sessions to address specific issues and created a supportive environment for shared experiences. Provided guidance to group members in developing effective communication skills, coping strategies, and mutual support.Internship opportunities were provided to aspiring Psychology students at Parul University, Vadodara.

As an Educator at Sparx Studio, I facilitate a unique and enjoyable approach to acting education for children. In this groundbreaking kids' education-based acting studio, I create a positive and inclusive environment where children learn essential social-emotional skills. The focus is on addressing issues like bullying, anxiety, inclusiveness, and public safety while simultaneously fostering confidence, creativity, and independence.My role involves teaching social-emotional skills to students. By infusing Ontario's curriculum learning objectives into popular and entertaining acting activities, I strive to empower children with the skills they need to navigate life confidently and positively.

I have joined as an intern to gain an understanding of applied psychology. Involved in Income tax and Tax deducted at source department, Assisted in filing more than 100 quarterly and final tax returns successfully before deadline.
