Internal Support Engineer
Current• Tier 1 and Tier 2 Support: Provide exceptional Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to internal staff at Aunalytics, ensuring minimal downtime and promoting operational efficiency.• Project Initiatives: Actively involved in the rollout of new organizational initiatives and projects that enhance the work environment and operational capabilities of Aunalytics.• Linux Subject Matter Expert: Serve as the go-to Linux Subject Matter Expert for our Centralized Services team, offering insights and solutions for Linux-based issues and projects.• Security Operations: Work part-time as a SOC analyst, assisting the Security Team with both internal and client-based security needs. Focus on maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of sensitive information and ensuring robust cybersecurity measures are in place.
