The Monarch Group consisted of Monarch Airlines, Monarch Holidays and Monarch Aircraft Engineering. The group employed over 2800 members of staff spread across seven primary locations and provided engineering services, flights and holidays to short haul destinations. Providing support through CV writing, interview techniques, job searching workshops, one to one sessions, and organising a number of careers fairs at various locations around the UK.• The design, development and upkeep of the careers pages on the group intranet. Providing careers advise for employees, toolkits for managers and talent related news.
