 Microsoft Exchange installations, administration and migrations from 2003 to exchange 2010, 2013 as well as Office365  Installed and configured Vmware 4.1, 5 and 5.1 ESX hosts and virtual center servers. Migrated clients systems to the cloud and implemented office 365 in the environment.  Install and administer Dell EqualLogic and HP LeftHand SAN storage systems. Configure SAN to SAN replication and ensured clients business continuity / disaster recovery solutions to meet the client’s expectations. Provision and administer Microsoft Windows 2003, 2008, 2008R2 and 2012 servers. Setup new and upgraded Active Directory domains from Windows 2000 through 20012R2. Implement and administer VMware ESX, Hyper-V, VCenter, Vmotion, Physical to Virtual Conversions, spam filters and web filters. Setup and configured Cisco firewalls, switches and routers including VPN’s, layer 3 routing, ISP failover, BGP routing, HSRP as well as other protocols and configurations. Also worked with HP Procurve switches, Dell Powerconnect as well as Sonicwall Firewalls.  Implement and administer Active Directory, Group Policy, Exchange Server, SQL, DNS, DHCP and many Document Management systems. Setup many citrix environments including xenapp 6.5, xenapp 7, netscaler vpx 10, worked with Citrix Secure Gateway, Web interface and Citrix Storefront configurations.  Create and review detailed system documentation with client. Perform administrative training with clients. Mentor and train junior staff.  Manage projects from inception to completion, outline phases in project and set schedules for project milestones, delegate project tasks to engineering and project teams.
