Developed new products, ranging from general health supplement, energy drinks, confectionery, body building formulas, disease specific supplement to child nutrition, weight gainers, lean muscle formulas, Specific workout formulas etc.2. Developed 35 supplement formulations and prepared related FSSAI applications for product approvals.3. Optimized methods to analysis of micro nutrients (as per AOAC, USP, BP, ICH, Japan Pharmacopoeia, Indian Pharmacopoeia etc.). This in turn helped in optimizing the limits of micro nutrients as per RDA, RDI, DA, etc.4. Prepared applications and related technical documents for new product approval as per US FDA, NIN, BIS and FSSAI.Worked on Re-edition of renewals with all recent activities, certifications in accordance with updated national and international regulations.5. Was part of quality control team also and performed microbial analysis of the finished products and raw materials and setting the Upper limits for the microbial Counts (CFUs).3. Standardized tests methods for the microbial analyses to create In-House test method library.4.
