Jay joined The Brown Group in 2001. Since then, he has been involved in both the maintenance and the administration of the properties managed by Brown Management. Jay works closely with Engineers, Architects, Consultants and other specialists to ensure all managed properties are reaching their highest level of potential profitability over the long run. He is actively involved with the Greater Toronto Apartment Association.Jay is also involved in the property development side of the business. Jay is currently active in the development of several hundred acres of land throughout the Greater Toronto Area. New communities, which are currently under development, include the newest neighbourhoods in Richmond Hill, Barrie, Kitchener, Milton, Markham, Sharon, Georgetown and Whitby. These lands will eventually be subdivided into houses, schools, parks, and commercial plazas for thousands of families to enjoy!
