I have more than 28 years of experience in training and teaching in Public, Private, and Corporate Sectors and Academia. I train people in soft skills ( Communication skills, Negotiation Skills, Writing skills, management and Leadership, Strategic management, Team Work, Conflict management personal effectiveness, Work-Life Balance Time and stress management, etc) Communication skills are my forte. Being a Martial Artist I train people in self defense also. I strongly believe in teamwork and have a passion for training and grooming people. I am diligent, and committed, and can work under pressure to meet deadlines. I have trained more than 10,000 people in soft skills in both the Public and Private sectors. I can also design and deliver training programs not only limited to mentorship programs on an individual basis esoteric to your personal requirements. I am a multilingual and voracious reader. I am a writer, TOEFL certified Instructor ( ESL), and International Author who has established numerous articles related to political economy, management, business studies, academia, and sports. Being a martial artist I also train and guide in self-defense techniques. Finally, I believe in learning and sharing my knowledge with people in order to excel and groom myself.
