- Second in Command of a 47 person detachment that conducted operational level, joint (interservice), and multifunctional liaison on behalf of U.S. Army Europe and U.S. Army Africa to U.S. Air Forces Europe (USAFE) and Air Force Africa (AFAFRICA). - Advocated for resources and support that the Army required from the Air Force in two Combatant Command Areas of Responsibility (USEUCOM and USAFRICOM).- Managed administrative, logistic, budgetary, and human resources.

-Led the Army Current Operations Section charged with monitoring execution of the Air Force's Air Tasking Order. If the U.S. Air Force flew it in either Europe or Africa and it supported the Army, my team monitored it and ensured it occurred.-Responsible for digitial liaison between U.S. Army Mission Command Systems (AMCS) and U.S. Air Force TBMCS. -Executed Dynamic Targeting.-Developed the unit's training strategy and joint exercise support plan.

Provided leadership and decision making for an organization of over 900 employees serving the over 4,300 spouses and family members of a unit of 5,000 deployed Soldiers. Developed and marketed a resiliency strategy to serve those families while their loved ones were deployed. Recognized as a best practice by the Army.
