SaaS - FinTech: DayZero is an accounting start-up offering affordable automated bookkeeping services for freelancers and small businesses.My role is overhauling engineering and product development for this SaaS start-up, directing technical architecture and engineering teams in successfully delivering a FinTech SaaS MVP within a compressed timeframe.-Rebuild core architecture, shifting from a monolithic general ledger to a microservices-based environment that leverages Java, Python, React, and Next.js to support API integrations with Stripe, Plaid, and other third parties. -Reduce the MVP launch timeline from one year to three months by assembling a new engineering team and implementing a rapid prototyping culture with clearly defined processes to support high-speed development.-Launch a free to low-cost bookkeeping, reconciliation, and automation platform capable of delivering AI-based insights, driving product-market fit, and go-to-market strategies to onboard 40 new clients in the first month. -Advise decision-making at the C-Suite level, influencing the strategic direction while managing key business areas, including technical budgets, team hiring, risk analysis, and artificial intelligence development.

SaaS - InsurTech. A start-up developing a SaaS platform to automate risk management assessment and recommendations for 20+ types of commercial insurance policies.Directed the development and deployment of the SaaS platform including deployment of ML models unlocking the expertise trapped in a highly skilled talent pool.-Collaborated with risk management talent to capture requirements, industry standards and client needs.-Improved accuracy and efficiency of insurance policy audits, reducing assessment workload time by 50%.-Built a 100% remote team and managed development and deployment of MVP in 6 months.

SaaS - FinTech: SRAX (NASDAQ: SRAX) is a financial technology company delivering investor intelligence and communications platform. As EVP of Engineering took operation from entrepreneurial idea with zero revenues and no client base and achieved a company evaluation $120M annual sales, 250 clients, and 6 patents. · Developed and directed execution of industry first retail and institutional investor intelligence platform achieving 0 to 250 clients in 18 months and cash flow positive in 23 months, by conceptualizing, architecting an event driven microservice architecture and building a team to implement, release and operate a system capable of data mining over 1M investors / month.· Created two additional lines of business leveraging institutional investor intelligence specializing in digital advertising and automated marketing for institutional relationships, diversifying product offerings while increasing profitability by 80%· Devised and spearheaded risk driven software development strategies to enable large teams (100+) to continuously identify and mitigate project delaying issues through all phases SDLC achieving 90% on time delivery at high quality. · Earned distinction for developing the R&D organization who earn 6 patents for developing industry differentiating core technologies related AI driven institutional investor classifier, computational shelf forecasting, and micro-coded financial scanners

Safe Paths is a privacy-first, open-source solution for citizens and public health. We aim to flatten the curve of COVID-19, help restart the economy and build resilient societies. We are an MIT-led team partnering with Harvard, Mayo Clinic, Berkeley and public health authorities at WHO, HHS, and I-DAIR.

SaaS - AdTech: Directed team in the development of NLP solutions in natural language search in e-commerce. Developed fundamental NLP technologies such as tokenization, part of speech tagging, named entity recognition, semantic query translation to e-commerce product inventory and conversion of product inventory into semantic knowledge bases. The team created core NLP technologies with a focus on performance and utilize a variety of machine learning techniques to train and deploy models in conjunction with linguistic rule engine development.

Led development of industry’s 1st global Internet of things machine-to-machine fleet management service delivery platform. Recognized in 2010 by American Society of Agricultural and Biological Engineers for Outstanding Innovations. This award marks a career first of achieving product of the year awards in two different market segments. Previous awards included Internet Telephony Product product of the year awards in 2004 and 2006.

One of 20 employees globally (out of ~15,000) recognized every other year by AGCO's Chairman. Awarded for outstanding technology innovation and significant vision of the impact of cloud computing on precision agriculture. Introduced a digital transaction engine to enable the delivery of products and services to vehicle features and off vehicle applications by integrating those delivery channels through a centralized server. Resulted in 16 patents & recognition of AGCO as pioneer and leader in digital agriculture industry sector.
