Hired on a 3 month contract as a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to manage and implement client projects. Worked closely with Techtonics customers to provided remote and on-site Infrastructure support. Provide documentation to Techtonics and clients for all work done. Provide accurate workflow and timekeeping for Techtonics billing system.

Ensure the day to day availability of all IT systems. Solve technical problems in a timely and efficient manner with minimal disruption to staff. Work closely with Tier 1 and 2 System Administrator’s and Helpdesk staff to develop a knowledge base for quick issue resolution. Implement new technologies and ensure that current infrastructure is up to date. Manage project resources, allocate time and deadline requirements to Tier 1 and 2 staff, and assist where necessary to ensure deadlines are met.

Provided infrastructure support to IT staff for J. Rothschild Capital Management, its subsidiaries and business partners including: RIT Capital Partners, Spencer House Capital Manager, Darwin Private Equity, St James' Place Capital, The Office of Lord Jacob Rothschild, and The Office of Prince Friso of Orange-Nassau.
