I spent my formative years working behind bars in Europe and Australia, learning from some of the best to ever do it. Moving to Asia I was lucky enough to serve the South East Asian market as the Monkey Shoulder Brand Ambassador. In this role I learnt not only about branding and marketing, but about the varying cultures Asia has to offer. I became a teacher of Whisky & Cocktails but a student of the six countries I served. Currently I own several bars in Singapore with my partners. Proudly independent ventures, all built by hand with passion and integrity. I serve next to a team that I respect and who make me proud daily. We also have a promising hand made crystal glassware company, Kes-Sho, which is finally available world wide.
