I have more than 4 decades of years of experience as a management & IT consultant across different knowledge domains, consulting firms and countries. I worked for 10 years for one of the world’s largest consulting firms progressing to lead their emerging IT Planning and Process Change practice in Western Canada. With partners we founded TAP Solutions and grew this company from 3 people in 1990 to 120 people in 2001, with clients in Vancouver, Toronto, and New York. We successfully executed a plan to change TAP from a services company to a software products company. I then was a Client Manager and Resource Director at KnowledgeTech Consulting Inc helping to successfully grow this business three-fold. In the spring of 2010, I started ITK Consulting Inc. focusing on providing staffing augmentation and MS based CRM solutions to a variety of clients. Most of the growth in this practice was in the areas of Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform. I sold out of this business in early 2020I have extensive experience in all major activities of running a consultancy: selection of the appropriate Business Model, Marketing, Business Development & Sales, Client & Project Management, Talent Management and Development, and Financial & Performance Management.
