I was one of the early pioneers in the field of Dimensional Management, launching the technology with GM and then Chrysler. Initially responsible for managing cross-functional teams, I progressed to training and managing our team of 70 engineers. As our company evolved, I moved into Marketing, new account development and creating industry-standard tolerance simulation software .With a desire to expand my horizons, I moved into computers, becoming expert in Scrum/Agile and executing the full Software Development Life Cycle on numerous projects. With each opportunity, new challenges were met and overcome, with heavy involvement in product Marketing, sales strategies and competitive analysis, customer research and product launch. Throughout my professional career, I've invested in real estate. Nothing drives motivation and innovation like negative cash flow! This has fostered a business mind-set and every dollar spent must result in ROI. An avid racing enthusiast and private pilot, I've learned the value of research, hard work, following a standard procedure, and the necessity to move fast with accuracy.From working closely with the factory floor to the C-Suite, from developers to Sales, Marketing to Finance, I love being in the middle of the action and driving product development from concept to growth.
