Quality Engineer in Whitcraft's Thomasville plant, supporting the flow lines producing blades and structural components for Rolls-Royce, GE Aerospace, GE Power, and Wabtec.

Was assigned to TECT Power Thomasville Operations Strategic Business Unit 3 as a Quality Technician, then was promoted to Quality Engineer.I worked with our customers to report non-conforming material, improve process capabilities, and deliver product on-time.Served as Thomasville's de facto Quality Engineer for GE related products from 2017 to 2020. On the job training was instrumental in learning the role of a QE. In 2019, I also took over as lead Quality support of the Rolls-Royce production line at Thomasville.

Worked with the Quality Manager and Quality Systems Lead to incorporate and restructure the quality management system at TECT Thomasville Operations. Rebuilt the foundation of the documentation system and helped implement a new process to maintain AS9100 and ISO standards. Set up a controlled system for work instructions, forms and blueprints to be accessible via the shop floor paperless system terminals.Also worked to digitally archive NDT records, process books and FAIR's for engineering records. Spent time tabulating and gathering data for customers quality non-conformances, which lead to my promotion to Quality Technician.

Contacted through New Hire Solutions from February 2015 until my TECT Power hire date of August 4, 2015. Primarily worked on GE Transportation compressor wheel production as a lathe operator for the three operations required to be run. Also maintained the CMM to allow consistent throughput and so I could track capability of parts bring produced through the lathes and 5 axis milling machines.

I was named a "Customer Service All-Star" for 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2013 fiscal years at Store 0140 in Valdosta, Georgia.I worked primarily as a cashier from September 2009 to May 2010. After my summer internship with GNTV, I was re-hired in August 2010 and worked primarily in the Garden/Seasonal Department as well as in Appliances until April 2011. In April 2011 I switched to Freight Team Pack Out. From 2012-2015 I worked as a Garden Power Equipment Specialist and as a Sales Associate in the Millworks and Paint departments of the store.At the end of June 2014, I transferred from store 0140 to store 0128 in Conyers, Georgia. A change of scenery was needed as well as the desire on my part to seek a media-related job in metro Atlanta area.In February 2015, I relocated to Tallahassse, Florida after my fiancee landed a job in the area. Store 6374 accepted me as a full-time, then a part-time associate. I worked weekends in the store until the end of July 2015.

From November 12, 2014, until December 9, 2014, I wrote short synopsis scripts from website articles, and uploaded to Dropbox for the voice over artist. After the voice over artist uploaded the audio, I published the article link, synopsis, mp3 audio and a photo onto the publisher site for the CLAMMr app project QVox was partnered with. Websites included The Blaze, Al-Jazeera America, Rolling Stone, Politico, and Vice.

I spent 18 months as the producer and co-host of "The Afternoon Drive", weekdays 3 to 6 pm on WJEM The Jock 1150 AM & 96.1 FM. I was responsible for contacting guests, arranging phone interviews, developing segments and anything else the show needed. I also created trivia questions and contests, as well as recording guest interviews and producing vignettes and promos to run on the station.

I was in charge of all production of WDDQ Talk 92.1 and WJHC Talk 107.5. I wrote scripts, produced commercials and worked with the General Manager and Sales team to keep everything up to date. I also worked on developing sales strategies with clients. While I was there, I helped developed and create new websites and strived to increase social media awareness for the stations.I handled production and programming for WJEM The Jock 1150AM & 96.1FM. This included writing, voicing, and producing commercials for the station. I also program and update the logs for the daily broadcasts and work with the satellite feeds for ESPN Radio, Atlanta Braves Baseball and Atlanta Falcons Football. I was also the production hand and a board operator for The Jock 1150's Afternoon Sports Show from the station format launch in January 2011 until I became the show's co-host in 2013.In 2011 and 2012, I was in charge of creating and programming the commercials and elements for Valdosta State Football Radio Network. These commercials and the broadcasts aired on 10 radio stations. Since 2012 I have also produced the Friday night Valwood Valiant Football broadcasts, as well as occasionally announced the games in the color commentary/statistics capacity. I also oversaw the on air growth of local sports content on Saturday show "The X's and O's Show" on Talk 92.1 and also over the nearly weekday Jock 1150 show "The Midday Express". I coached the personalities on show content, handling phone interactions on air, and encouraged them to find their voice on air and have the research the support their positions.

I handled the daily scheduling of DJ's and well as training new DJ's. I handled airchecks of the DJ's and attended major university functions as the representative for WVVS.From January 2011 until May 2011, I hosted a weekday morning show from 8 am to 10am called "The Morning Blaze". From August until December 2011, I did a the show on Monday and Wednesday mornings from 8 am to 10 am.

I listened to, loaded and programming Alternative Rock music for WVVS for 8 months.

I learned how to become a better cameraman, learned how to set up audio for a live production, learned how to set up and operate light and various lightboards during an event, and I also learned how to edit video.

I listened to and programmed music for WECC FM 89.3 in Saint Marys, Georgia. I used Music Master to program the music and Simian was the daily log system used at WECC.
