I also oversaw the on air growth of local sports content on Saturday show "The X's and O's Show" on Talk 92.1 and also over the nearly weekday Jock 1150 show "The Midday Express". I coached the personalities on show content, handling phone interactions on air, and encouraged them to find their voice on air and have the research the support their positions.
