I instructed on Modern Standard Arabic (MSA or Fusha) in speaking, reading, and writing as well as the spoken colloquial Levantine dialect (Shami) spoken commonly in Syria, Jordan, Lebanon, and Palestine.I created lesson plans based on the best researched methods of second language acquisition that incorporated hands-on participation with real-world situations and lessons that I had learned while in Jordan. Most of the class was conducted fully in Arabic.
