Running this small consultancy for 15 years was a real challenge at times; but rewarding non the less. I have been very lucky to have had some great people and clients to work with over the years. A full list of clients and case studies is available on request.

Brought in to replace the head of technology at Publicis Dialog while Dialog & Modem merged.Leading project teams made up of permanent & contract staff; as well as a number of external outsource resources in London & in India. Introduced new procedures & processes & guidelines that smoothed the merging of the two company’s Development departments. Worked.

Used skills as a developer to design & build several promotional campaign based database systems in both SQL Server & Access with VB/VBA front ends, all databases involved sophisticated reporting using automated links to MS Office to allow users the flexibility of producing reports from they’re own desktop. Gained Management & Project Management experience.

This position involved the development and documentation of new systems, support and maintenance of the existing systems & Consultancy/User training (dealing with all levels of management and all levels of technical skills).Technologies used were wide ranging including Dec VAX, Unix, PC development using Visual BASIC and Apple Mac development using.

Responsible for the designing, coding, testing & documenting bespoke information systems commissioned by and for major Petro-Chemical Companies. As well as providing Consultancy and support to these companies.

This was a year out assignment from HND University course.Responsible for the Design and installation of Information systems, set-up and update of software project plans, specification of hardware/software requirements, training the various members of staff in all areas of Information Technology, Definition of office and computer procedures.
