Being on the board of Directors for SIMA (Snow & Ice Management Association) is an absolute honor for me! Snow and Ice services have changed my life, a lot of what I learned I learned from SIMA. When I purchased my first snow plow about 20 years ago I wasn't even sure if the blade was supposed to scrape the ground, when I saw the metal sparks flying I thought oh no, am I messing this up! Ha Ha, then I found SIMA and ordered the training video and learned and learned and learned until I had a large national snow removal operation. Being on the board of directors gives me an opportunity to help those who started just like me and support an amazing organization that has given so much back to me! I attend board meetings, share experience from business and leadership perspectives and support the SIMA staff however they may ask! We as board members help to set the direction and vision for the organization and tackle major issues such as labor, insurance, training etc. These are major issues for any business owner, but we are truly invested in supporting those in the Snow and Ice Management Industry.

SMS Property Management had a focus on commercial leasing and management and I oversaw all lease transactions, sales, and management for all agents.

I was responsible for the growth strategy that enabled PSCG to receive critical acclaim as the fourth largest property management company in WA state and was the fastest growing property management company in the Pacific Northwest.
