Hi, I like working with people and in systems. Whatever system you use and product you make, I will learn it quickly and become your go to systems and process mapping person in no time. Currently, I am working at LM Wind Power which has reduced the largest blade made in North America at 107m. I am the production planner and was the Project Manager of the implementation of the new ERP system. I learned a lot about myself and what I was capable of. I also quickly became the go-to guy at the factory for issues or questions surrounding the new system which impacted multiple departments. I have also been a key player in material flow optimization for our factory, keeping a lean mindset. I lead annual inventory and regular inventory analysis. Trained multiple new employees in Axapta 2012 and material process including warehouse scanner usage, iPad and Label printers. My favorite part is investigating issues in the ERP system and trying to resolve them on my own. I am driven to always provide 120% in my work. I regularly work longer days, aid with urgent issues in the evenings, weekends and on my scheduled time off. I like to think that someday I could be a leader, not just another manager. Respect others the same way you want to be respected, keep a positive mindset and good attitude. Simple traits that go a long way.
