I enjoy designing and building thoughtful paths forward where communication, education, and strategy intersect - often in messy and wicked spaces. As a creative thinker, writer, and consultant, I thrive in complexity and assist others in navigating ambiguity with clarity, resilience, and intention.I’ve worked with and for First Nation communities for nearly thirty years in various roles and projects, from project management to education and governance support. I appreciate working in the in-between spaces, where communication, education, and strategy build momentum and possibility in uncertain terrain.I have a Doctor of Education specializing in Online Learning and 15+ years of experience in higher education. I have served as a senior leader, faculty member, and researcher. I spent 5+ years in healthcare as a senior leader, including through the pandemic. I bring vast experience and expertise in instructional design, facilitation, and systems thinking to every project. In 2022, I founded Box Cutter Media Co. to explore writing, creative problem-solving, and intentional entrepreneurship. Through weekly posts at www.boxcutter.co, I share insights and reflections on Soulpreneruship, non-obvious thinking, and building ventures with soul.In 2023, I Co-Founded Humanity Academy (with my wife Lisa), a social enterprise reimagining education for personal growth and agency. We focus on emotional literacy, self-knowledge, communication, and creativity, guided by the belief that “There’s no one right way to live.”As a Soul Proprietor, I Ghostwrite for entrepreneurs, non-profits, and education companies—creating content that connects ideas to impact. I Ghostwrite social media content, thought leadership, and narratives that can linger, provoke, and push people to see things differently.
