I have over 26 years in the fitness field. I’ve never stopped learning and studying on health and fitness. I was a trainer years ago but for some wrong reasons like vanity and a quest for perfection which is impossible. I am back in but have grown a lot since then and I’m in for all the right reasons. We need to just stay strong and fit to give more to our family, and to enjoy a much higher quality of life for ourselves,into our golden years so they can be “golden” not inactive and depressing! I am a Christian and am passionate about God, My family, and living the best life possible while I’m here.
