Formed the African Dream NGO in Guinea, Africa to supply healthcare supplies throughout West Africa via a contract with WHO. As a trustee in the Aditi Poddar Foundation, empowers underprivileged and orphaned children through relevant education, healthcare, and community outreach programs.Remodelled the Lambhill Court Ltd to create state-of-the-art daycare and care at home facilities. Managed over 400 staff members and day-to-day operations for five Care Homes in Glasgow that provided 400 beds for elderly patients. Founded Lotus Senior Living Limited, a nursing home group that cares for elderly and disabled patients at two specialised care homes in the Glasgow area. Led the development and launch of Parkhouse Manor and Sherbrooke Lodge, both care homes, securing the Investors in People Award. Became the Managing Director of Everest Nursing Homes Scotland Limited. Managed the acquisition of and implementation of services at Oakbridge Care Home and the acquisition of Mohsen Care Home in Pollok, Glasgow. Became the nominee and finalist of the Newcomer of the Year Scottish Asian Business Awards.As an advocate for programs that support children's development, wellbeing, and education, founded Little Einstein’s Kindergarten Ltd. Provided care for 440+ children daily across seven award-winning children’s nurseries. Acquired the Wonderland Nursery Group in Tayside (four nurseries).
