The primary responsibility of the Manager of In-School Programs is to ensure high quality delivery of the Arts Education programs assigned to schools – throughout New Jersey, particularly within the Newark and Greater Newark Area and nationally through virtual offerings. The position will work in direct support of the Senior Manager of School and On-Site Programs and in collaboration with all members of the Operations and Creative Teams to effectively manage and implement the Arts Education programs with a concentration of, but not limited to, artist-in-residencies and off –site after school, either virtually or in person.

• Assisted the Senior Supervising Producer by providing administrative/secretarial support for various departments/divisions such as answering telephones, handling correspondence and resolving a range of administrative problems and inquiries;• Assisted the Talent Coordinator with meeting schedules, interviews, appointments, events and other similar activities for the talent, which also included travel and lodging arrangements, and analyzing financial documents;• Offered breaking news reports from on-line sources as it relates to celebrity lifestyles, fashion, music, and media at daily meetings; • Provided content and maintenance of the Entertainment Tonight Twitter account (@ETonlineAlert); and• Interacted directly with directors, producers, and production management during studio and field shoots.

• Served as the initial gatekeeper for the Vice President of Student Affairs while leading a team of 4-8 student workers;• Assisted in general offices management duties including phone coverage, copying, faxing, filing, and running administrative errands; • Established and maintained various social networking outlets including the University’s Facebook, MySpace, and Twitter accounts;• Responsible for the preparation, transcription, composition, typing, editing and distribution of agendas and minutes of numerous meetings; and• Responsible for the composition and editing of correspondence and memoranda from dictation, verbal direction and from knowledge of policies of established departments/divisions.
