    Coordinated nearly 100 Virginia Lottery activations in a year for the their mobile app, MobilePlay, a first in the industry. Creating the engagement experience at the events, developing promotions for customer interactions, on-site marketing materials and analyzed data to improve engagement at events. Managing staff on-site at events to modify communication messages and devising new tactics in the moment to maximize impact. MobilePlay events double the sales while at the events, increased the average of sales at the retailer by 70% and the sales bump lasted up to 50 days after the event.Planned, led and executed two "takeover events" in the Arlington and Richmond markets where we invited Lottery players to receive special bonuses and educate those unfamiliar with the mobile app. Worked with existing retailers to keep activation costs low while increasing new players, first time deposits and downloads to the app.Implemented a new digital display system at where in real time we could show winner awareness data, promotions and other marketing material. Encouraging on-site communication between attendees and our brand ambassadors. Programmed the two digital displays myself and had them be specialized for the events they were at.During the Covid-19 pandemic I was instrumental in shifting our focus from in-person event to virtual events hosted on Facebook live and IGTV. The Facebook Live "Friday Funday" virtual events averaged 28 thousand organic viewers with the most have 36 thousand views and almost 7 thousand comments. The videos on IGTV were the most watched Virginia Lottery videos on Instagram with over 2000 organic views with the audience.
