As a Team Lead, I lead a team of 3-4 designers, focusing on UI design integrated with responsive design and micro animations. I manage the team, collaborate with developers, maintain the design system, and ensure effective prototyping. My role also involves critical problem-solving to enhance our design solutions.

During my transformative internship in Japan, I had the incredible opportunity to work on diverse projects under various mentors, including an exciting new venture where I conducted research and design.
