 Provide support for the application of technology to meet instructional and administrative needs. Plan, coordinate and implement the School Technology Plan and Acceptable Use Policy Worked with administration to coordinate and ensure E-rate submissions at the Rosary campus. Successfully applied for technology grants which included the acquisition of student and teacher laptops at both campuses plus a security camera system at Queen. Research new technologies, software and hardware solutions, and grant opportunities, in keeping with the technology plan and school-based instructional goals, providing this information to the building technology team and administrative staff. Maintain hardware and software inventories including licensing and securing of software. Assist educators in planning for the use and integration of technology Assist teachers with the use of computer labs, including training and scheduling. Participate in the design, coordination and provision of instructional technology in-services and providing individual training opportunities for school-based personnel to ensure the best use of technology, in keeping with the technology plan and school-based instructional goals. Participate as a member of the instructional staff; built curriculum for K-8 in Basic Computer to Office productivity. Coordinate the design, posting and maintenance of the school web site and participate as a member of the school’s web content team utilizing Joomla. Develop written instructions and procedures for the use of hardware and software as needed. Participate in budget decisions related to technology to assist in the provision of a well-chosen and up-to-date collection of technology materials and equipment. Participate as a member of the school’s technology committee to support and implement the technology plan and school-based technology instructional goals.

 Perform task analysis, assignment and follow-up for critical trouble and service order dispatch, routine and reactive maintenance tasks, and work requests primarily for Customer Service Operations network technicians and Outside Plant.  Perform research, data entry and system maintenance in telecommunication applications such as ARBS, Access Care (Oracle database), SCS, WFM, and NIBS, CIRAS, CLAS, Load Plus and REACT.  Interact with technicians and analysts through phone, email and instant messenger.Project Coordinator  Work with Special Services Project Team coordinating circuit rolls. Implement project administration processes according to requirements.  Identify, suggest and implement corrective actions to improve quality.  Communicate, monitor and evaluate project schedules.  Continuously upgrade and acquire technical knowledge in order to function as SME on projects.
