Senior Designer
Current• Develop overall design concepts, storytelling and design presentation strategies.• Communicate productively with clients to keep them up-to-date with project milestones.• Build and sustain client relationships; act as the primary design interface with clients, team members, and a wide range of consultants and collaborators, both internal and external.• Mentor and develop team members; provide creative direction to design teams• Prepare space planning, test fitting and schematic design schemes for commercial interior design projects• Prepare design development presentations and documentation• Oversee the installation of materials, furniture, and other design elements.• Collaborate with architects, engineers, painters, and builders to further understand how interior space should function, appear, and be furnished.• Research and source high quality interiors products including bespoke items, fittings, soft furnishings, lighting, furniture, sanitary ware, pictures, and accessories to designer’s brief.• Oversee supplier production monitoring quality and co-ordinate delivery slots.
