I worked with NSB IS unit on the NSB Customer service desk supporting multiple applications but our primary application support is for the WIC Application Crossroads. We use a ticketing application to document our own tickets of problems and issues reported for all applications supported. Types of support given included basic computer trouble shooting, in-application support involving all aspects of the application and system, and if needed, referring users to their local IT if it was something technical as we do not remote in. Also referred calls to the proper people if I could not handle the call (not authorized or trained to give the answer that was needed).

I worked in the Nutrition Services branch with a program called Crossroads. I helped train a majority of the counties local WIC agencies on the new system (Crossroads) during the rollout of this system. I participated in weekly briefings on how to improve training with information we had received from the agencies that had already rolled out Crossroads.
