    What’s my story?Some would say, a self-made man, all the material gains (cars, house etc), physical health, striving and achieving success. Loving partner and great kids. All sounds great eh?Well that’s what we’ve been brought up to believe. So why was I so confused, anxious, depressed, self-loathing, zero empathy for others, selfish and above all, just plain unhappy?What followed was a dark path, no light to aim for and a very lonely journey. I couldn’t accept love or support from loved ones, it seemed I wasn’t programmed to accept it. But it didn’t have to be like that.Luckily, I came through, albeit with a few scars, very valuable ones at that!From those events, I learnt some incredibly valuable life lessons.Now I’m on a mission to share what I learnt and show others how to have a content, fulfilled, happy way of thinking, that produces a happy, content and fulfilled life.omw would say
