Dustin Taylor, Crossfit Level 1 Trainer - Lansing, MI I have a passion to strengthen my body and mind. After struggling with an issue of my jaw dislocating frequently, which caused intense headaches, I went to physical therapy and a chiropractor. After asking what caused the issue, I was told I had a weak back which caused my head to fall forward and dislocate my jaw. Since then, I have been intentional about attacking my physical and mental weaknesses to avoid other issues and injuries.
