Davis, I have developed a much greater insight into the needs of older adults.As a Rater for Cleveland Green Communities, I plan and verify green construction, and rehabilitation projects eligible for tax credits and abatement, in the City of Cleveland.Since 1999 my primary work has been as a building performance auditor with the State of Ohio Home Weatherization Program. Specializing in large multi-family building performance.As The Energy Guru my focus is energy auditing, building performance testing and investigations, training and public speaking. On a volunteer basis, I have provided speaking services and "Green" workshop development for The Home Repair Resource Center, The Cities of Cleveland, Cleveland Heights and Shaker Heights. As "The Energy Guru", my goal is to increase Awareness of green building and energy efficiency through consulting and speaking services, training and education in sustainability, green building, energy efficiency and accessibility.Specialties: My specialties include: • Energy efficiency auditing and specifications, for historic and older structures. • Multi-family and hi-rise buildings.
