Responsible for all Engineering & Program management function to support customers locally and abroad for automotive exterior parts base on the processes of Mold injection, Painting and Assembly, Manage customer relationships and communicate about projects progress and obtaining of necessary information to complete the project on time including with new projects associated. Create milestones relate to the customer’s milestones and encourage project team to develop functional detailed timing plan corresponds to the plan. Conduct project kick-off meeting with cross-functions team to align project scope and manufacturing activities to meet quality, profitability after customer nominates.

Leading for VA/VE Complete Seat product such as Trim, Foam, Frame and Mechanism, Prepare product changes notifications and coordinate with customers and cross-functional teams to achieve company goals and business objectives.

Design products and engineering specs of Struts and Shock absorbers for OEMs & Aftermarket – MONROE, Interacted with Tenneco global teams and cross-functional team related with new program, Created x-BOMs, x-Drawings and RFQs based on customer requirements for new program bidding, Integrated customer specific technical specifications into product and process design system.

Leading for new model introductions of new Air-Compressors, Created timelines for new model and VAVE project, Conduct technical communications with HQ and cross-functional team, Mange VA/VE Project and set targets to challenge and achieve as well as cost calculations, payback periods and plan for first lot mass production, Leading for Kaizen & KYT activities, Created Design Procedures, Process flowchart and WI for Design Department, Created and managed annual plans for Performance test, Durability test and reporting to HQ, Manage a team of 4 Engineers, 2 Technicians of Design Department, annual training courses are developed to increase our team's skills, and team performance is evaluated on an annual basis.

Responsible for New model introduction of Air-Conditioners unit, Technical communications with HQ and cross-functional team, Created and manage processes for trials new model development, Created timelines for prototype built and support projects until mass production, Monitor and resolved problems during prototype phases to ensure smooth development. Summarize new model and reporting to HQ and Lead Kaizen activities for Electronic Control Shop.

Responsible for CAD CR5000 for PCB & Stencil design, Created Gerber Data for chip mounting programs, Interacted with HQ to approve new model test results, Analyze and redesign to improve defect rate in production process.
