In New York, I’ve embraced creative and unconventional roles, from writing satirical non-fiction stories to producing successful community-centered comedy events, such as proposing drink specials honoring trailblazing women in comedy.As a writer, my focus lies at the intersection of humor, spirituality, and social commentary. My current projects include a satirical creative non-fiction story, I Wear a Suit Everyday, which explores themes of race, class, and self-reflection through the lens of my own experiences as a Southern Black man navigating life in New York City.
