Eric serves as the COO/Partner at Savage Drilling and Excavation. Savage Drilling provides environmental and geotechnical drilling services to Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas, and New Mexico, with over 50+ years combined experience in the environmental and geotechnical industries.Mr. Hutton is a licensed State of Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, New Mexico, and Louisiana Monitoring Well Driller and a former Environmental Consultant.  As a monitoring well driller, Mr. Hutton has experience with various drilling applications including hollow stem auger, solid stem (flight) auger, direct push, mud/air rotary, sonic, and chemical injections.  Further, as a consultant, Mr. Hutton has completed and overseen numerous ASTM and SBA compliant Phase I All Appropriate Inquiries, Phase II subsurface investigations, Phase III remediation systems, mobile dual-phase extraction, soil characterization/disposal, aquifer slug testing, underground storage tank removals, and other risk-based assessments in compliance with the TCEQ and other state agencies.  Mr. Hutton is also a licensed asbestos inspector and asbestos management planner, and is licensed through the Texas Department of State Health Services.  Additionally, Mr. Hutton has experience as an OSHA instructor, in which he has instructed Hazard Awareness, Basic Safety, Hazardous Waste Worker/Supervisor, Emergency Response Awareness/Operations/Technician, On-Scene Incident Commander, Permit-Required Confined Space, and Department of Transportation HAZMAT HM-126F.
