• As team lead I was required to organize a team of court monitors in their jobs of supervising customers in different areas of a trampoline gym. • Demonstrated leadership skills by guiding the court monitors in executing rules, providing substitutes for breaks, and maintaining a safe environment for customer of all ages. • Conduct maintenance checkups biweekly.
