I love customer service because I love being the customer. The experience of purchasing and service is what creates the experience of the product or service before the customer receives it. This experience for me, is almost equally as important and the product. Therefore, I am good at providing the service and creating the experience. Through my education process, work experience and personal knack for the customer service I have developed and sharpened my skills in the field. I find it equally rewarding to be on either side of support desk or the telephone of the company that offers exceptional service. I have high demands when I am the customer, then I have high standards when I am the employee. Life is an experience, so every experience should be memorable.I worked in the customer service field for 5 years and my reward was lots of great experiences and an opportunity to learn directly from the customer. I made great connections and gained invaluable knowledge. This what makes me great at what I do.On the side, I am into everything automotive, sports, photography, driving.I'm a funny guy too
