As a consultant within the automotive engineering and manufacturing industry for General Motors, he honed his technical abilities and developed a strong sense toward customer satisfaction, operational delivery, and performance-based management that defines him to this day.As a up and coming leader, he was recruited to become the youngest Chief Information Officer in company history for RTM, a $1B private Fortune 500 organization. There, he led technology services from an operational perspective and was able to customize and implement a process-based approach and customer first mindset within a corporate IT organization. In 2001, Mike began his entrepreneurial journey with the founding of CIO Partners®, an executive retained search firm with a 100% niche in assisting global entities in the recruitment of technology executives for their respective organizations.
