Seriously, I did ALL the things.- Onto a Content Strategist who helped launch a financial blog for U.S. Bank.- Into a Social Media Specialist who formed the reviews and testimonials program at U.S. Bank.- A brief career pause after my first role elimination where I spent my time potty training my new puppy and re-playing old video games.- To the leader of Social Media Strategy for Prime Therapeutics where I launched a company wide employee advocacy program on top of managing thousands of pieces of content, increased the org's digital community by an average of 10% YoY organically, and maintained 6%+ engagement for B2B content.- Became unemployed again due to my second role elimination where I took the Summer to myself to try my hand at gardening and launched a hobby podcast.- And finally, landing me as a Strategic Services Consultant with Sprout Social where I not only worked with some of the smartest social media professionals in the industry but also had the opportunity to consult for some of the top household brands in the digital space today.- In July 2024, I stepped away from work for a much needed mental health break.- During this time away from work, I've regained my balance, began taking on freelance social media clientele, and launched my own social media agency, The Social Hive which is focused on connecting with, educating, and empowering entrepreneurs, small businesses, and lean social media teams to help elevate their social media practices and digital impact on their bottom line.What's it like to work with me?I bring my optimism, enthusiasm and self-starting attitude to every team and project I am a part of.
