• Responsible for developing, communicating, executing, and sustaining corporate, strategic, and culture initiatives for a 40+ person independent agency. This is a consultative role serving as part leader and part maker.
• Manage, develop, and lead the team of creative producers on staff and/or contract (i.e. creative directors, art directors, designers, copywriters, producers, shooters, editors, etc.).
• Evaluate the current status of the industry and the market to ensure delivery of relevant and useful products, messages, and/or branding while anticipating future opportunities.
• Develop cohesive and productive short- and long-term creative goals and strategies for the company and design ways to meet them.
• Serve as a change influencer regarding the company’s creative vision and work, creating product, brand experiences and design concepts that further the company’s brand identity.
• Bring together diverse teams of researchers, strategists, designers, and technologists from across the company to create work that transforms the way people and companies interact.

Key responsibilities included assisting the executive creative director with establishing conceptual and stylistic direction for agency work; leading creative teams, freelancers and mentoring junior design/production staff; as well as leading new business initiatives and products.
