Self-motivated. Focused. Precise.Most of my recent work has been dedicated to providing engineering analysis early in the design cycle. With design cycles that can be measured in weeks from concept to production, I have developed automated analysis and testing procedures in order to meet this demanding schedule.Recently, I have built from scratch a culture around finite element analysis that has supported the engineering department in reaching new levels of product understanding and development.I have led the charge in bringing new engineering software capabilities in-house and received all necessary training to utilize them. These software suites include thermal analysis, fatigue failure prediction, non-linear analysis, and composite analysis.I understand what it takes to maintain focus amidst the many distractions that can arise. With a growing family at home, this skill has been keenly hone.
