As an Inside Sales Executive with ECI I am responsible for all inside sales activities for the ECI Empower Solution. ECI has developed our fully integrated Empower Human Resource Information System (HRIS) Solution including HR/Benefits/Payroll. This complete system uses a single database to manage the entire employment life cycle. There is a single employee master record that offers customized views to users based on their job requirements. Our Empower Reporting Services business intelligence tools can access applicant, active and terminated employee data, as well as HR, Benefits and Payroll data so that consolidated, accurate and timely reports can be generated at a moment's notice.

Currently acting in the capacity of an independent sales representative and business development consultant in internet sales and marketing environment offering internet based development and marketing applications and consulting in the automotive markets. I have created and market under the brand Driving Markets. This role includes working with the client to conduct a complete review of all existing website, digital marketing and social media marketing. Then create reports of all existing activity, define and create a strategy to improve clients overall digital media marketing results and website performance.

Hired as a business development and marketing consultant with responsibility over working with internal stakeholders and outside vendors to create sales and marketing collateral materials in both electronic and print formats. I also worked with internal staff members to develop websites for multiple market deployments. While sharing the responsibility for all sales and marketing activities including email campaigns, onsite and remote product demonstrations, educational webinars, telemarketing campaigns and VAR and ISV partnerships with company president and VP of sales. My role included preparation, management and attending industry trade shows. I conducted Internet research and lead generation, cold calls, the conversion of leads to contacts and accounts. I managed the generation and distribution of sales materials and proposals to prospects and final sales close.

Created relationships with C- level management of educational content vendors, product manufacturers and wholesale distributors to manage existing and develop new video training content for deployment over the web to train electrical and HVAC dealers/technicians in an online environment. In my role I also managed the training and consultative sales approach of over 400 educational resources including technical training materials, books, CD-DVD content including digital photography and online streaming video and audio formats. Other responsibilities included managing sales training with the wholesale distributors, creating electronic and print versions of collateral materials and PowerPoint’s that would be branded to the distributors. My role also included the management of onsite and remote sales presentations with the distributors and dealers/technicians to promote sales of membership.

As a digital media production facility American Disc primary focus as a contract media production facility. I held responsibility of the management for all general operations of the organization. These responsibilities included the oversight of the American Disc staff to include Sales, New Business Development, Internal Accounting Staff and Production Management. Was responsible for the hiring and management of a staff consisting of 20 full-time and 12 part-time employees. I also personally managed all large corporate accounts, new business development and marketing activities.
