Visitor Hosts and Members are an asset to the Chapter for increasing membership. Meet monthly with the Vice President and Membership Committee to determine the professions that would best fit into a particular Chapter. Partner with the Chapter Education Coordinator to develop Networking Educational Moments that are presented in our meetings to teach how members and leaders can grow their Chapter. I coordinate and attend events that are designed to grow a Chapter as well as ensure we track our Chapter closing ratio of visitors. This allows us to use metrics to determine what is drawing our visitors the most. My Accomplishments as Growth Coordinator for My Chapter:I live by example of leadership and by volunteering to become the financial power team leader we had the best year ever. I did this by giving and reminding our members of their purpose. This also allowed me to mentor them by offering clear measurable direction, education and motivation for success.
