BACKGROUNDAfter training with The Coaches Training Institute (CTI) I launched Sapere Coaching in 2010.People often ask what Sapere means. It is latin and translates as inner knowing - the inner wisdom we all have, and my job is to help you get in touch with that to lead you into a more fulfilling life.I come from a creative background working in Theatre and Television as a Set Designer and Art Director for BBC and independent production companies. I enjoy using my creativity in how I work with my clients in helping them create their goals.In 2012 I graduated from CTI's incredible 10 month leadership program in California. This gave me a new and empowering way to help clients look at life as well as how to be in relationship both in business and personally.And then following on from my roots in television and film I graduated with a distinction in a Screenwriting MA at the University of Arts London in 2018.WHAT I DO NOWCoaching and Screenwriting.For coaching I am an Associate with NKD where I co-faciliate coaching and leadership programs.I am also an Associate for BetterUp coaching and Eluminas where the focus is on Executive and Leadership coaching.Plus I have my own business Sapere Coaching where I work one-to-one with clients on areas such as:* Finding balance between work and personal life.* Co-create effective relationships.* Discover purpose in work & life.WHO I WORK WITHI work one to one with individuals, executives, directors in business enhancing their leadership & to create balance between professional & personal life.Alongside that I write - pretty much every day - coming up with ideas and scripts for film and television which is something I am also passionate about.I love what I do and feel very fortunate to being able to help others in their self and professional development as well express my creativity in a way that one day will be screened!
