Dexter Ville was created with the intention of fostering, promoting, and developing creative talent in the media, tech, and entertainment industries.- Oversaw the development and promotion of 8 highly regarded and valued musical acts, 3 musical bands, a legal adviser, a poet, and a spoken word artist while managing Junior Talent Managers.- Organized and carried out major music and comedy events that attracted a combined audience of over 11,000 people while providing them with a comfortable environment, amusement, and good music.- Closed more than 60 collaborative deals to facilitate and speed up the delivery of appropriate events, the creation of audio and visual content, the management of intellectual property, etc.

Volunteering at TYC is a drive fueled by passion and relationship. Looking back at all the executions and their impacts, and looking forward to every task ahead, I am super excited of achieving purpose by being a part of this caring community. - Headed and Supervised 2 editions of the ''Girl Get Your Mind Right'' Initiative that empowered over 25,000 girls from different Schools, Religions, Cultural Backgrounds, Ethnicities and Tribe, with the first edition in Port Harcourt (2016), and the second edition in Yenagoa (2022). Additionally, I developed design publications that aided awareness in both cities and beyond.- Planned and Executed Projects that focused on empowering the less privileged with Clothing and other relief materials by gathering contributions from Community Members and distributing accordingly.- Headed and Managed a crew of 13 content marketers to create and promote brand publications for an International Movie produced by a German-based Film Company, in 2 months, designed to address discrimination against persons living with HIV in Rivers State.

City Church Calabar is a household name in Cross Rivers State. The Church is well known for its energy and unchurched activities, as it helps make known the Gospel of Jesus Christ to as many people as possible.- As a key player, I helped maintain the identity successfully built over the years, by developing infographics, social media ads, visuals, and strategy for ease in communication with a number of over 6000 members weekly, both online and in the Church premise.- Trained 12 interns to expert level in Graphics Design, Cinematography, Photography, Retouching and Color Grading, Copywriting and Social Media Management, so as to maintain same energy in the absence of key executioners.- Designed Online Solutions to aid sales and distributions of Soft and Hard Copies of Books written by the Lead Team of the Operational Department to help edify members when absent from meetings.

At BEFX Trade Academy; - I trained a 100+ Students from different States in Nigeria on Brand Identity Design and Development from the perspective of a Forex Trader, helping them design their perfect fit for Looks, Tone and Act.- Developed and Designed Brand Identity Materials, from MOUs, Brochures, Stationeries, Merch, Handbooks to Digital Presentations.
