I own and operate The Gypsea Traveller, a Travel Agency. I work with vendors and supplies to book client packages and trips. I maintain up to date knowledge of resorts, supplier and whole sale products, including airline travel, hotel, cruise, and tour travel. I develop and maintain relationships with clients, resorts and suppliers. I demonstrate exceptional customer service and organizational skills while being able to multitask. I host multiple travel agent networking groups via Facebook to develop relationships with agents all over the United States.

I worked with various technology and computer integration systems. I attended daily meetings and processed paperwork efficiently for the families I served. I organized and kept track of legal documents that I processed. I served families with a high level of customer service and returned all phone calls or emails within 24 hours. I served many leadership roles and strengthened my communication skills attending various contentious meetings with families.
