I direct the design team as they produced fantastic and effective designs. To ensure maximum productivity, I also assist the team in boosting their energy and enthusiasm. Everything else I do is pretty much the same as before.

• I worked closely with the team at "health&glow," a beauty reseller giant, to design newsletters that significantly increased clicks and sales. I created designs for their seasonal sales, banners for their app and website, and branding materials for retail stores and advertising, which allowed the brand to reach a wider audience.• For a variety of brands across the world, I have created branding/brand guidelines, package designs, and marketing & promotional materials for both online and offline needs.

Helped many businesses build a brand identity and created various materials for their social media and websites, allowing them to grow an online presence.

Along with creating motion graphics and creatives for social media, I also created print-based designs for newspaper ads and in-store visuals. On top of that, I helped brainstorm marketing ideas and strategies to increase customer engagement. I assembled a team to create product showcase videos and advertisements for the company, where I was responsible for the pre- and post-production while providing a helping hand in the actual production itself.
