As a Senior Producer on the Global Digital Design Team at Nike, I managed cross company, multi-function projects, generated internal and external partnerships focusing on startup growth, scaled process between marketing in design to increase project implementation and efficiency, and developed marketing objectives and established strategy for deliverables.As studio manager of Facebook's Analog Research Lab, I turned a small creative studio into a powerhouse of creative design and production. During my time there, I worked on a talented team, focusing on creative ways to influence the culture in provocative ways. Our projects asked deep questions around diversity and empathy, and we measured our success when employees would showcase a holistic view when building products.Prior to Facebook, I was the Creative Principal at The Half and Half. I started this company with only $200 and a handful of clients from my time as a student at the University of South Carolina. We are responsible for some of the best work in the country. I managed 8 employees across production, design, client relations, account management and provided creative direction and consultation to a wide range of clients.
