Maybe one of my posts brought you here. I know happiness means a lot to many people. It took me a few years to speak about employees' well-being and happiness, so I became a Happiness Warrior in every job, situation, and environment I found myself in. I struggled and suffered as a child, so today, I lead with more knowledge and desire to help increase productivity, well-being, and engagement with happy employees first. Why do I start telling you about my childhood? The simple reason is that I might not look like most speakers at 50 years old or like most managers and leaders in your organization. Yet, I have been doing these fantastic roles for almost 20 years with consistency (except speaking as it’s more recently), many errors, and valuable experience that I love sharing outside my corporate job today. Why again? The pandemic woke me to believe that there was still a higher fulfillment in each of us. I love to serve and see employees and businesses productive while retaining their talents, as I have done in each business I have managed and led. So, there is a science, and it’s a mission to expose myself to it and share it. Who do I serve? I mainly serve Head of HR departments, Chief Operations Officers, and those who move from good to great. They see that their technically qualified managers and senior managers need extra support to still achieve business results KPI while retaining their employees. For me, a great Manager is someone who gets results and retains employees at the same time. How do I do that? See my profile and credentials. I have had the opportunity to be a trainer, trainer of the trainer, coach, mentor, and manager in various sectors and countries. I developed this quality to work well around difficult situations and multiple behavior types, and I wasn’t prepared for that. Today, I like to shortcut things for managers who are good but want to become great, and I do that with my secret: Curiosity and Emotional Intelligence Leadership. A philosophy and journey that sets all parties to Win-Win: Stakeholders, Employees, and Clients. These three pillars are essential and embedded in my Leadership DNA.
