Drafting a Policy Brief on Restructuring in Nigeria byReviewing and analyzing materials from OMYV debate series on restructuring- Conducting additional research as necessary to supplement debate insights from the OMYV Network members- Synthesizing information into a coherent and compelling policy brief- Outlining key issues related to restructuring in Nigeria- Proposing evidence-based solutions to identified issues- Providing actionable recommendations for policymakers- Submitting weekly progress updates to the OMYV project leads- Collaborating with designated OMYV members throughout the consultancy period- Ensuring the policy brief is relevant, practical, and effective in addressing restructuring issues in Nigeria

● Implemented the Tech4Democracy project, where 250 youths in low internet access communities from three states are trained in areas of Governance, democracy etc, so they can demand foraccountability from the government in their communities.● Working with other stakeholders to create a National Youth Agenda to drive for Youth issues in the 2023 general elections in Nigeria.● Working on the SPA II project which aims at creating green solutions for young people in 6 states across the country.● Working with Stakeholders to create a pathway for young people to report Human rights Violationespecially Police brutality in 4 states.● Working on the Knowledge Management Series where conversations that affects young people are discussed every month. Currently in its 12th edition.● Wrote and won Grants proposal for the organization.● Worked with 5 youth organizations and 340 individuals across 5 countries to build their capacity in terms of youth engagement in Governance, Politics and Democracy with support.● Led the planning, organizing, and hosting of a 2-day conference called the DARE Conference which focused on youth related issues and saw the attendance of over 40 speakers and 1500 participants.● Worked on an opinion poll to create more inclusion of the people in scoring the government’s activities and goals.● Worked with other organizations to carry out youth specific project for young people across the country● Closely works with the Executive Director, Programs Manager, and other team members to understand program goals and meet expectations.● Analyses trends and gaps in youth participation, governance, democracy, and accountability to meet needs while leading activity implementation on proposed and approved programs.● Other work that might need my expertise or experience.

● Worked on the #BreakTheHold campaign where 25 young Nigerians were sponsored to run for Federal House of Representatives in the 2019 election via a crowd-funding program.● Planned, managed and coordinated two cohorts of the New Voices Fellowship where 30 young people from Osun state were trained for 3 years funded by Friedrich Ebert Stiftung (FES), Nigeria Office.● Created content for, planned and coordinated ‘PolitiKIT’ which is a kit on how to be involved in politics funded by West Minster Foundation for Democracy (WFD) Nigeria Office.● Co-created and helped made viral the #Vote,DontFight' campaign, which created over 100,000impressions.● Build alliances and partnership with other organizations.● Design programs for the organisation and making sure it is being carried out● Follow up on state leads of the organisation on different work of the organisation● Evaluated upcoming program plans to forecast expected resource needs.● Help determine long- and short-term goals of the organization.● Help make important policy, planning and strategic decisions.● Manage the Organization's volunteer's team● Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulation.● Help promote Organizational culture.● Other activities that might need my expertise.

OMYV is a 9 months fellowship program that develops young, motivated & proactive Nigerians youths that are advocating for social justice & good governance.

The Accountability Lab Incubation Program is a year-long catalytic journey for changemakers who are implementing innovative approaches to strengthen social accountability in Bangladesh, Belize, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Kenya, Liberia, Mali, Mexico, Nepal, Niger, Nigeria, Pakistan, Somaliland, South Africa, Uganda and Zimbabwe.

● Teach and coordinate the class activities.● Established and enforced rules for behavior and maintain order over students● Prepare,administer and grade tests and exams to evaluate student's progress.● Met with parents and guardians to discuss their ward's progress and determine priorities and resource needs.● Created the safety club so as to educate students on the usefulness of safety.● Communicated frequently with parents, students and faculty to provide feedback and discuss instructional strategies.● Created and developed lesson plans according to students' academic needs, including both group and individual work.● Modified lessons and curriculum to accommodate diverse learners using strategies like peer-assisted learning and group work.
