In this senior recruitment role, I developed and implemented full cycle recruitment process from origination of requisitions, candidate submittals, interviewing, offer letters, and post offer process. I was also responsible for C-level recruitment, developing a nationwide internship program, and led recruiting efforts for a new development center that brought the company from 200 employees to 500+ in just 2 years. This position further advanced my knowledge and skills with Applicant Tracking Systems, for which I was responsible for selecting, implementing, and training other employees.

I served as a senior recruitment consultant for this organization, helping them identify and recruit top talent for executive leadership positions.

As a senior talent acquisition manager, I successfully led company’s recruiting efforts in the Latin American market and recruited 500+ employees for start-up operations in Chile, Costa Rica, Canada and Mexico. I was also responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies and managing the recruitment team responsible for continued employee growth in Latin America and Canada. Furthermore, I successfully established the initial HR functions and guidelines in each country within Latin America.
