Overall accountability for the implementation and performance of BC Hydro’s strategic fleet supply & services-related contracts and relationships. Leadership and subject matter expertise within the Fleet Services business group in the development and implementation of supplier management initiatives focused on delivering value and benefits, innovation, and improving service levels. Business lead for procurement initiatives, projects, and negotiations.Full-cycle experience on complex RFx’s for fleet management, asset acquisition, insurance, fuel/lubricants, among others. Strategic sourcing and procurement accountability and responsibility for ~$350M annual spend in matrix organization with responsible geography for British Columbia, Washington, Oregon; all product line businesses. Portfolio vendor approvals, contract negotiations, and signing authority.Led and successfully implemented corporate strategic initiatives for increasing purchasing leverage, contract compliance, cost reduction, contractor safety management (Browz / Avetta), corporate social responsibility (CSR), alternate fuels and raw materials, and best cost country sourcing.Improved relationships under the “one-country” model with different operating divisions and achieved many collaboration wins and synergies.Subject matter expert in Oracle PeopleSoft Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and inventory management processes.

Negotiated pricing and finance terms and conditions for operating leases / rentals. Negotiated local sourcing agreements.Managed market-area telecommunications (300+ accounts), fleet fuel card program (200+ users), and mobile refueling process (+3 million litres diesel per year, 200+ mobile units, 12 locations)Conducted vendor and spend audits with vendors to find areas for savings and rationalization.
